Academic Work is looking for an Assistant to Software Asset Management team to our client. Our client, a telecom company, has started a new project regarding their software asset management. The project will make an inventory of software assets and define/clarify organizational responsibilities for those. In parallel the project will define, implement and deploy common processes, tools and competencies for software asset management.. Since this is an extensive project, your help is needed.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at our client’s office.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Software Asset Management Assistant, you will work together with the project leader in charge of the Software Asset Management project. During your time at our client’s office, you will be working with a variety of tasks.

One part of your job will be dedicated to quality assurance (QA) and testing. You will be performing the tests step-by-step to make sure that all the information is intact and identify problems along the way. In addition, you will support the test lead in definition of the test cases, preparation for the testing data and reporting to the upper management.

Secondly, you will be working with data mapping and data integration activities under the supervision of the chief architect within the new project.

We are looking for you who

* Are studying within IT and have at least one year left of your studies.
* Have theoretical knowledge within SQL and databases
* Have knowledge within operating systems
* Fluency in English

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have been working with testing.
