Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management Strategy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers.

The Matrix Design Tools is an end-to-end toolbox for creating and selling Tetra Pak Processing and Packaging machines and consists of a number of applications which have been developed in-house. The solution is used by Tetra Pak companies around the world and has over time become a great success and a cornerstone in the Tetra Pak IT landscape.

You will be part of a team supporting a community of more than 1000 end users in a suite of applications called the Matrix Design Tools. The role involves analysis, design and maintenance of new and existing functionality in the Matrix applications, and development and testing of the Matrix application for the identified future needs.

Main responsibilities

-Analysis of the structure and development of the functionality of the SQL databases for the Matrix applications
-Manage complex support cases within these applications
-Day to day technical error analysis

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills combined with a service oriented working approach. As a person you are a team player who also enjoys working independently. You are
self-motivated with a strong interest in technical issues. Furthermore you are keen to seek knowledge and to learn new things.

We believe you have relevant education within IT programming and approximately 5 years operational experience from programming /support. You have IT software knowledge and genuine interest in IT solutions. Knowledge / experience as a database administrator (e.g. performance tuning) is preferred. Prior experience in SQL database application and C# is most useful as well as knowledge of .NET.

A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
