Summary
As a SW Project Manager you will work in close co-operation with Customers and our SW development team and lead the studies of new features, solutions and manage Projects for Tilgin Home Gateway SW. The projects include a wide range of technologies from low level Linux drivers to high level Applications, for various protocols and HW interfaces, often in complex network scenarios in combination with customer specific requirements.

The development of new SW features and functionality is aimed for both Tilgin Home Gateway product line and customers that choose to implement Tilgin Home Gateway SW (HGA) on own developed Home Gateways. The work is normally performed in Project form and experience from multi team Technical coordination and SW Project management is required. Other responsibilities include participation in and leading customer meetings for Tilgin SW projects.

Experience
To be successful in this role you have solid experience of managing SW Projects including Pre-studies, Feasibility studies and execution of Embedded systems with Linux as operating system. You have also a background as SW developer with experience of programming in Embedded systems with real time requirements.

Working experience from routers, network operators in the telecommunication field, SIP, network protocols, TR-069, WebUI Usability, various access technologies like Fiber, Ethernet, 3G/LTE, xDSL, 802.11b/g/n/ac and USB is highly qualifying.

Desired skills
The candidate should have good documentation and communication skills. You should be self-contained, dedicated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Be able to take initiatives and full responsibility in planning, investigations and system design; to make sure they fulfill requirements and customer expectations. You should love technical challenges and working with the latest available microprocessors on the market.

Tilgin works in a multicultural environment so the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We think that you have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer engineering or similar.

Location
This is a permanent position at our office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden. Travelling is required.
