Now myHRM is looking for a Product Owner!

You will be part of the functional management team and the position offers excellent opportunities as well as a promise to have a lot of fun! Are you interested to join?

As a Product Owner you will belong to the functional management team consisting of 4 product owners, interaction designers and technical writers. Your main task will be to transform customer requirements and needs into user stories so that the development team can implement them.

Main tasks:

  • To maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Support the development team during implementation sprints
  • Secure that the implementation follows the strategic goals of the product
  • Support technical writers with basis for product documentation as support articles, release news, application texts.

As Product Owner you are part of the development team(s) and reports to the Chief Product Owner.

Qualifications

  • Experience from requirement work within the HRM sector
  • University degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Solid written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
  • An ability to understand the customer needs and business, to be able to translate it into system requirements
  • A good understanding of modern software development processes, especially agile and scrum
  • Experience from product ownership and/or project management

In the project we are using agile development methods, experience form scrum is meritorious as is certifications in the product ownership area.

  • Responsible and decisive in achieving the set goals
  • Enterprising and creative, likes problem solving and can handle fast changes
  • Social skills, excellent cooperation and communication skills
  • Adaptable and people oriented

Travels in the Nordic countries is expected. We practice continuous recruitment so please apply as soon as possible. The location of the position is not yet decided, the main myHRM work places at the moment are Stockholm and Växjö.
