We create the SW that connects millions and millions of smartphones. Smartphones, tablets and other new devices exponentially increase the demand on data traffic all over the world. We apply Agile and Lean methods and principles in our daily operations and this helps us to develop our product in a more efficient way. Early customer and stakeholder feedback is a key element in our development process. We rely on team collective responsibility to complete all tasks according to an established backlog priority.

We support, teach and coach Cross Functional Teams with testing and troubleshooting the system for new features. We cover a number of testing activities such as stability, robustness and characteristics. A large focus of the role will be to act as a coach within the team and to development teams to spread knowledge and best practice when it comes to test expertise. The candidate will need to have previous and proven experience of integration, characteristics testing or system level tests.

Qualification

Successful candidates will have:

- University degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Highly developed skills in communication, co-operation and flexibility
- Knowledge of different testing methodologies and experience of testing software
- Experience of working with automated testing is a merit
- Programming skills in the one or more of the following languages ? Perl, Java and C++
- Good Agile/Lean skills including KANBAN and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
