Developer User Plane XFT System Test (118865)

We are looking for smart, self-motivated product developers with a focus on system test (ST) to join our truly exceptional development teams. Good working TDD and other agile experience is essential for this role.

The role

Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing and highly autonomous. You?ll be working directly with your Operational Product Owner (OPO) and stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork and maturity and is not right for everyone, but we believe it?s the best way to create great software.

The team will design, implement and test the feature, product and system from requirements to production and commercial deployment.

Among other things, Unit/Component Test, refactoring and Continuous Delivery are defining concepts and we are constantly striving to improve the way we work. We are not perfect and not afraid to say so. Our product put high technical requirements on the team including high-performance application development, low latency requirements, multi-threaded/multi-process programming, embedded development, dpdk knowledge.

Technologies we use and need to master

To understand our product IP Protocols and Routing in an embedded environment is essential. Most of our product code is C/C++, test scripts is TTCN and Perl and Python for environment scripts.

We are interested in candidates from any background as long as you have keen understanding of embedded software development and a passion to learn and develop new competences. Here is a (not exclusive) list of technologies that we currently use:

Python, Perl, C/C++, TTCN

- Linux development, working with high performance Linux application

- GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins

- L2/L3, Routing, 3GPP

- TCP, UDP, L2TP, TLS

- tcpdump, wireshark and other packet analysis tools

- Network simulators

- Eclipse

Qualifications

MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge

Fluent in English, written and oral
