We have a position in Support open in our Stockholm team. EPiServer is the one of the world?s fastest growing provider of Web Content Management (WCM), online social community and ecommerce platforms which we deliver through our very competent partner network of more than 650 competent partner companies in 30 countries. Through EPiServer Everweb we offer high quality hosting services for customers who value availability, performance and 24/7 access to our Service Desk with in depth knowledge of everything from infrastructure to application design and EPiServer specific features.

About the role

You will join the Stockholm Developer Support team, today consisting of 9 persons, assisting our partner developers in their work of building state of the art solutions, for our common customers, based on the software products offered to the market by EPiServer AB. We are an international team so all communication within the team and with our partners are handled in English. Communication with our partners are mainly handled through email. Except supporting our partners and depending on your skills and experience you will be able to take part in internal projects to create tools and plugins to ease the daily work for us and our partner network. The chosen candidate will have the chance to gain deep knowledge of our products and also to develop within EPiServer.

Your personal skills

You love to solve problems and find it easy to learn new technology. You like to take on new challenges and are eager to learn more when you are facing a problem. Taking initiatives and come up with creative solutions to given problems is natural for you. You are service minded and enjoy helping others and got no problems picking up the phone to call clients when needed.

Qualifications

Experience in building websites using WebForms and MVC
Experience in building C# applications
Experience using MS SQL Server
A degree within Computer Engineering or similar is not required but a proof of basic skills
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
Swedish is not required
Bonus if you got UNIX/Linux experience
Knowledge of JavaScript and the dojo-toolkit
