Senior UX / Interaction Designer

Description of position

We want the users of Narrative Clip to fully enjoy the experience of all our products. The user experience and usability of our products are always on top of our minds.

In this role, there’s focus on both UX and interaction design. You will work with developing and maintaining the usability and experience for the entire platform including hardware, mobile apps, web and more.

Responsibilities

At Narrative there are few written rules. You will enjoy a lot of freedom in this position, so you need to be someone who takes initiative and makes things happen.

You will be part of a team using Agile methods and will work closely with the Development team and Head of Product. We want you to clearly define and communicate solutions, flows and prototypes to your team members.

You will be responsible for setting up and performing user tests and interviews and transforming those results into actions.

Requirements

We believe in the principle of hiring on personality and training for skills. You need to have extensive experience in UX design on the web and iOS, Android, OSX and Windows platforms.

It’s a bonus if you are familiar with Adobe After Effects, Quartz Composer or other prototyping/animation tools and have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS.

Being a ping-pong master is a plus.
