Application Expert within Business Intelligence

We are currently seeking an Application Expert with experience in BI, which will work to improve the planning and monitoring tools we use in all H & M stores. In your role you will be responsible for further developing our solutions and support our users. With this you will help to facilitate the work in the shop, which ultimately contributes to a better shopping experience for our customers.

Your main task will be to maintain and further develop our planning and monitoring tool for shops and warehouses worldwide. You will work closely with our business and ensure that their functional requirements are implemented in the system. The solution is based on a standard CPM product.

As Application Expert you will be part of a Stockholm-based team that many contacts, working closely with both suppliers and business as well as an offshore team in India. The role also includes providing support to users worldwide.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M application expert comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Analysis of business requirements
- Design and implementation of new reports and features
- Development of existing procedures
- Support to users
- Troubleshooting
- Version and release management

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- Relevant university degree in economics or IT
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Business Intelligence, in projects or in management
- Experience of working with Budget, Planning & Monitoring from an IT perspective
- Good understanding of BI Architecture

It is an advantage if you have experience in:
- Preparation and development of KPIs
- Producing reports
- Working with multi-dimensional databases (MOLAP), ROLAP
- Work of distributed teams

We see it as an advantage if you have experience of ETL, SQL Server Integration and Microsoft Excel
