PHP developer for group messaging service

På uppdrag av vår kund, som utvecklat en unik plattform för gruppmeddelanden via SMS, söker vi nu efter en driven backendutvecklare med PHP-bakgrund.

Challenge: Group messaging for the next billion

How can we bring modern messaging to the next billion users? By doing something nobody else can -- making a hybrid of telecom and app messaging.

We are a small company on a big quest: bringing messaging to the next billion! We already have millions of users in Asia and a live prototype in Sweden. Now we need you: someone who is up for the challenge of scaling high-availability products to multi-million markets.

Our office is located at Slussen in central Stockholm. We are a small but growing team, building a very exciting and unique product with huge potential. Developers decide what tools to use and participate in overall work prioritizations. We have 11 of 12 on "the Joel test" (landscape office), and work continuously with further improving working conditions. Some of the tools we depend on: PHP, Laravel, Golang, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Ubuntu, AngularJS, Websockets

Required experience:
- Developing and maintaining high availability backend infrastructures (any language)
- Experience in building scalable architectures and databases
- Deep understanding of your favorite backend stack
- Interest in and understanding of algorithms, data modeling and complexity
- Fluent in English

- Leadership experience
- Experience in environment scripting
- MySQL maintenance experience
- Devops experience
- Test automation experience
