In February 2014JHL- Net Solutions AB was founded by young motivated entrepreneurs with a common passion for information technology. Through the years, we have acquired experience of small, medium and large organizations. We at JHL see the opportunity to help our customers to streamline their operations. Although the company has not been around for very long, we have already acquired and developed many reciprocal relationships that were favorable to companies.

Duties:
You will work as a consultant, which means that you will be employed by JHL-Net Solutions, but will work on-site at our customers.
You will solve problems of many different kinds, everything from troubleshooting software and hardware to more complex network installations and traces, both on site and remotely via phone.
You will also work administratively and technically, for example, maintenance of the servers in the Microsoft environment, account management and documentation of orders. In your role, you have to be able to work independent, when you own your activities, as well as in team.

Qualifications:
Must be a good problem solver, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to new and changing technologies. A 'can do' attitude is most certainly required for this role.
. Individual must be able have good customer facing skills and be well presented.
. Must be a good communicator in English and local language both, verbal and written.
. All work undertaken must be logged via a Service Desk Reporting Tool and this must be kept up to date and accurately and clearly indicate the incident details and remedial actions taken. Team Members are judged on both the quantity and quality of logged calls and load balancing uses this information to be effective.
. Must be able to work to specified standards and required levels of deportment, conduct, and sound ethical workplace practices. Must be able to work alone and unsupervised, taking the initiative when necessary.
. Individual must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar support role. Experience in troubleshooting Macintosh and PC related problems either via phone, remote tools or desktop support.
. Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms. Familiar with building, configuring and troubleshooting Macintosh and PC hardware components.
. Working knowledge of Mac OSx, Windows 2000/XP (preferably A+, MCP or MCSE qualified) and related Office applications: 2000/XP.
. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP Protocol, Citrix, routers and switches
. Support/administration of Windows 2000/2003 servers and Windows XP/ Vista desktop operating systems.
. Basic experience with Windows Server 2000/2003 and associated architecture/services (Active Directory, Group Policy, server roles, DHCP, DNS, IIS)
. Installation, configuration and trouble-shooting of hardware and software.
. Experience of hand Blackberry, hand held scanners, Barcode Readers, Tills and other Retail peripherals a positive advantage.
