For our Rail Control Solutions Division in Gothenburg, we are currently looking to recruit a Software Developer (m/f)!

Purpose of the Job

As a Software Developer, you will be developing the On-board Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system for one of RCS?s big, international customers. The development will be done according to the EN50128 rail standard, and compliant with the Safety Integrity Level 4 (SIL4) software development process.

You will be creating a design based on the required specifications, and other steering documents. You will also be involved in implementing the design (coding). The work also includes development and maintainance of simulators, analysers, and other tools that are needed.

This work is safety-critical in nature. This means that the product introduces special restrictions on design and implementation, and places the focus on testability, robustness, and availability.

Qualifications
Bachelor?s or higher degree in Computer Science (or equivalent education)

5+ years of embedded software development and implementation in C++

Experience with software design in UML

Experience with safety-critical development is a strong advantage

Experience with DELPHI programming language is highly appreciated

Very good communication skills in English is a requirement
