Lead Developer

We are looking for a lead developer with several years of experience of software development who would be interested in advancing to a managerial role in the future. You will start working as consultant in different assignments for our clients with the ambition of leading a team of developers of your own in the long term perspective.

Our expectation of you:

• You should have several years of experience from software development, preferably in Java or C++ and have worked as a senior developer or similar before.
• You should have strong people skills in terms of clear and transparent communication and potential leadership qualities.
• It is very important that you are a confident person who feels comfortable in working alone as well as in teams.
• As a person you are social, prestige-less, driven, result oriented, alert, and flexible.
• Handling different types of personalities in a professional and diplomatic way comes very natural to you.
• It is an extra credit if you have been working as a consultant before or in roles where you have been in close contact with clients.
• You need to be a very good communicator and must have excellent English and Swedish skills, both oral as well as written.
• You always put the client in the front seat and understand the value of giving high-end professional services and delivering at top level.
