CRM Consultant with Product Focus

Are you an experienced and driven CRM consultant with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM, who would like to move from a consulting role and focus on a product? Join us to work with our flagship product Apsis PRO, one of the best tools for email marketing communication that is available today!

Your role:
This new role has arisen due to our steadily increasing demand for integrations, with a focus on CRM. As a CRM consultant, you will join the Integrations team that develops, manages and implements integrations for a rapidly growing number of customers. Focus is on MS Dynamics CRM but Salesforce.com and other customer data environments are also on the agenda.

You will be involved with customer cases, plan and conduct workshops, manage projects, perhaps even develop solutions for customers. Other responsibilities will include:

• product development on both architectural and hands-on level

• participation in pre-sales activities

• project management and consulting to make our customers successful

This is an entrepreneurial role where your flexibility and drive will help you succeed.  

Skills and passion:
As a person you are keen to increase your knowledge of various technologies. You enjoy working collaboratively, love to share your ideas and are comfortable receiving feedback from others. The position requires you to sometimes handle a heavy workload, and you must feel comfortable in an environment of constant evolution. Does that sound like you?

We also think that you have:

• Experience in training and consulting

• Experience within development of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and forward

• Familiar with C# and .Net framework, as well as JavaScript & JQuery

• Project Management experience

• Self-starter & entrepreneurial spirit

• Curious and driven by continuously learning and developing yourself

Place of work:
Ideally this position will be based in Malmö. We need you to be flexible to occasionally travel to our other offices as well as to customers’ sites.
