Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a best-in-class experienced Embedded Quality Assurance Engineer to join Procera?s engineering department. We are looking for awesome people to add to our already amazing team of engineers. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining testing tools for the Statistics component in Procera?s Packetlogic ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

? Develop, maintain and execute automated testing tools for functional, acceptance, integration, regression, system and performance testing
? Develop new automated test cases, as well as incorporate tests created by others into the common automation framework
? Maintain and update existing automated tests within the framework
? Assist with field projects from time to time, that may require automation and/or manual testing
? Assist with general manual testing from time to time, as required
? Identify areas for automation, collect test data requirements, develop new test metrics and techniques to maximize testing efficiency and scalability

Qualifications/Requirements:
? BSc or Master?s Degree in Computer Science
? Excellent and demonstrable Python skills
? Good knowledge of SQL.
? Excellent networking knowledge (TCP/IP and Layer 7 applications, other communication protocols in LAN/WAN environments; familiar with using routers, switches and firewalls)
? Networking tool familiarity (Wireshark, tcpdump, etc)
? Very good Linux admin knowledge
? Years of experience on continuous integration concepts, tools (e.g. Jenkins), and best practices
? Strong written and verbal communication skills. English is our corporate language, so it?s important
