WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a technical writer to strengthen our documentation team. As part of our software development process you will contribute in creating and maintaining the technical documentation for all our products. The documentation covers for example user guides, system documentation, and technical white papers. Target groups are both end users and system administrators, as well as your colleagues at Snow.

YOU ARE GREAT AT

• English, both written and spoken
• Communicating and explaining technically complex concepts in a clear and concise way
• Working both in teams and individually

You have at least three years of experience in technical writing. You are a dedicated writer; confident, accountable and thorough. You always complete what you have started, and you strive to deliver quality on time.

HOPEFULLY YOU ALSO HAVE

• Experience in writing technical documentation for software products
• Experience from agile processes and workflows
• Experience from topic-based authoring using XML as source format
