Requirement Analyst to our Service Area Interior

We are now looking for a Requirement Analyst within the area Interior at the IT department. The Service Area Interior, supports the Expansion department with the tools required to manage the global store expansion. Interior's responsibility is to create the most commercial stores in a cost efficient way and at the pace that the expansion goals require. This work includes development and design of interior products, planning and layout of each individual store and purchase of the interior products (Non Commercial Goods).

Your responsibilities

The job of a requirement analyst at H&M comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Plan and drive the requirement work together with the business and with your team
- Gather, clarify, analyze, evaluate, document and communicate functional requirements based on business needs
- Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements and also to prioritize between these
- Analyze and assess requirements based on business goals and IT strategy
- Be responsible for driving requirement meetings and facilitate workshops
- Communicate with different stakeholders regarding needs and solutions
- Be involved in the evaluation of the proposed solution
- Assist the system responsible with schedules and planning of requirements among other things

Your skills

And your skills include:

- At least 5 years of experience working as a Requirements Analyst within business and IT
- Experience from documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
- Strong ability to communicate about solutions and problems, both at a business and IT level
- You are quick in adapting to how new business and IT solutions work
- Experienced in facilitating workshops
- Familiar to an agile way of working
- Fluent in Swedish and English

It would be an asset if you have got experience from working with distributed teams.
