Welcome to Lurifax!

Lurifax is an early stage augmented reality gaming startup fresh out of KTH and we are developing some of the first games in the market where characters begin to live, fight and travel over a board game.

What have we accomplished?
– We successfully launched our prototype end of last year.
– The prototype was featured in Comic Con/Gamex 2015 with highly positive feedbacks.
– KTH Innovation accepted us and we have earned ourselves a cool co-working space at Student Inc.

Ultimate goal of 2016 is to get the game in the hands of players.

Some of the milestones we’ve brainstormed include:
– Launching a crowdfunding campaign for go-to-market strategy, since statistics show a success rate of 93% for board game campaigns.
– Building effective partnerships with board game companies

As techy as we are, we realize that this is where we would love to have a business developer in our team. So we are looking for a business developer who can lead Lurifax in the right direction to its accelerated growth.

What we offer
The position starts as 50% where the primary compensation would be equity. Ideal candidate would be able to understand the business potential of the project and invest his/her skills for shares.

About the company
Lurifax is an early stage gaming company founded by three KTH software graduates. We are currently developing a game called Tabletop Heroes that will totally change the way in which mobile games are played. We combine the fast pace of mobile gaming with the social flavor of board games to create a truly unique experience.

Tabletop Heroes used Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance the user experience to a whole new level and this might become the first major game in the AR space. Now this is a market that is projected to have a $120B revenue share (that’s bigger than Virtual Reality!) in 2020 according to Digi-Capital 2015.

We currently have a working prototype that can be viewed here. The prototype also featured in Comic Con/Gamex 2015 with a huge success especially with very young gamers.
