Right now, we are looking for a skilled Web Architect for one of our most important customers within the Telecom area in Karlskrona.

Job description:
In the role as Web Architect you will, together with both internal and customer architect teams, manage the overall responsibility for the design and implementation of the customer solutions, mainly on Java and/or Microsoft technologies. In this role you will work with the delivery teams, delivering solutions in close collaboration with our client. The teams work with agile methodologies in effective scrum teams, with a focus to create value to the client.

General responsibilities:
Build the best possible solution to meet the customer expectations based on experience with development software, continuous integration, CMS etc.
Be responsible for the overall code design of the web based applications.
Be up to date with the latest technologies and introduces them as required.
Sound knowledge of web application frameworks (J2EE or related like Grails/Ruby), design patterns, anti-patterns,
Bring technical leadership and provides day to day to coaching to other engineers on best soft-ware development practices.
Interact with the customer to ensure clear requirements to enable a timely delivery.
Occasionally act as Lead Architect in strategic customer facing meetings.
Work agile with the ability to work in cross functional teams.

Competencies required:
You need to have at least two complete end to end implementation experiences in the area of self-service portals, web shop and/or retail/wholesale sales portals with content management features.
We expect that you can work on both front and back-end development, perform code reviews as well as analyze the architecture and performance tuning.
You need to have experience from working on multi-threading, memory management and complex multi-tier Architecture and integrations.
You should have a solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns and should be able to design the solution for Enterprise security, encryption, authentication and cryptography.
You need to have extensive expertise in Angular JS, JSON, REST API, JAVA, HTML5, Twitter Bootstrap and CSS3, expertise in integrations with BPM and ESB software like webMethods and be experienced in Webservices (REST and SOAP).
You must have test driven development experience and be experienced in building solutions from scratch with a green field approach.
It is mandatory that you are familiar with Jira and Jenkins tools.
You will work in a multinational team. Swedish and English are our daily languages, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, are required.
