The importance and demand for plant automation and operational data increases from our customers. Our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) has for a long time been leading in the food and beverage industry to analyse data and optimize production. A completely new platform is now under development to further meet the huge opportunities and expectations from the market. We are therefore looking for a MES software deployment leader who can drive the introduction of our MES platform to the market as well as support and maintain the current solution. This is a unique chance to really make a difference for the important success of Tetra PlantMasterT MES solutions.

In Tetra Pak Automation Projects & Roll-out we deploy and support world class automation platforms and services to our customers through the Tetra PlantMasterT products. The team is the centre of expertise to our market companies, packaging platforms and business units in creating solutions that fulfil our customer's requirements. This position is preferably based in Lund, Sweden but the location can be discussed depending on the candidate. Travelling might be required up to 30%.

Main responsibilities

-Plan and drive deployment activities of our MES platforms with the development team
-Support the development team with requirements and feedback about the Tetra PlantMasterT MES solutions
-Create official training material and perform training sessions
-Participate in validation and field test of the MES platforms internally and externally
-Give support to and advise market companies and other users how to obtain the customer requirements using the MES platforms

Qualifications

-Experience in MS SQL database and Reporting Services technologies
-Experience in Microsoft .Net/C#.net development
-Experience in web application development (CSS and JavaScript)
-Experience in MES systems for production environments

You have relevant experience combined with a University degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent.

Furthermore you have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. Your interest and ability to train, develop and motivate others is of great importance. You like working close to customers and act with them in mind at all times.
