Working Areas

Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
Act in both Pre-Sales & Delivery phases of a customer engagement as Solution Responsible driving the program to fulfill the technical targets, with vision of the future trends and creativity.

Lead the solution analysis, solution design (and where required) leading technical teams and engage at customer C-Level during opportunity and Pre-Sales Phase, to align offerings and proposals with their network evolution strategy of our customers.

Support the Fulfillment Responsible with customer questions and provide an excellent view on the governance and scope of the system integration project.
Support the Account and Engagement practices to prepare RFI, RFP, and RFQ documentation.

Conduct Network Audits for customer networks and propose competitive, future proof network evolution solutions that will secure customer satisfaction.
Lead and contribute with presentations and discussions in customer workshops, providing solution and technical expertise and share and transfer knowledge, presenting to others on audit findings, solutions and new releases.

Display leadership with respect to Ericsson resources, third party suppliers and contractors.
Taking the technical lead to secure the professional delivery of solutions in the Region.

Provide and drive solutions, covering several domains and layers in the customer network.
Sell competitive products/services solutions through a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs.
Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Experience/Understanding of Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud Solutions as well as a positioning v. legacy systems
Knowledge of Open Stack is a plus.
Have a good knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
Have knowledge of storage solutions.
Have IP networking knowledge and broad experience in IPv4 and IPv6. Advanced Cisco certification is a plus.
Know the concept of Network function virtualization and the value argumentation of virtualization.
Have extensive experience in Linux.
Experience in KVM hypervisor or VMware Esxi is a plus.
Knowledge building IT data centers.
Be able to travel internationally with short notice in line with business requirements.
Be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in selling and delivering services for complex IT systems in customer environments.
Demonstrate advanced skills in communicating, leading, influencing, building networks and relationships, presenting, coordinating, planning and delivering results.

Be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively under pressure, across multiple cultures and complex environments.
Provide evidence of a broad knowledge and experience of Telecommunication networks, from service and application layer to backbone
Demonstrate competence in working independently as well as part of a team.
Hold a degree in Engineering/ICT as a minimum (or equivalent).
Have been acting at a Senior level for a minimum of 3 years.
IP certification such as Cisco, Juniper, WMware, etc. would be an advantage.
