Responsibilities:

assessing data assets across global Ericssons external and internal listening posts (e.g. websites, extranet, surveys, testing, social media, CRM systems, market research, search and intranet),

establishing a global best-in-class web analytics program, including tagging maintenance, data collection, cross-channel data integration, reporting, insights, dashboards, data visualization, data mining, predictive analytics, audience measurement and site surveys,

infusing other Ericsson Marketing & Communications teams (e.g. content-, marketing-, communications-, web development- and social teams) with actionable data insights (e.g. to influence content topics, formats and media channels as well as multivariate a/b/c tests to improve website experience),

co-creating holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management teams,

co-developing Ericssons global digital KPI framework and prioritize road map for goal- and target setting,

creating and monitoring granular understanding of customer journeys in Ericsson?s targeted industries on a global level in cooperation with strategic marketing,

delivering training and evangelization of data-driven ways of working, best practices and processes through consultative interactions with across global Ericsson,

representing Ericsson in internal and external web analytics forums,

developing recommendations on both quantitative and qualitative web analysis of macro-economic, industry, competitive benchmark, consumer, and customer research data be the web analytics voice of the customer.

You will be part of a core team of digital strategists in Digital Development within Group Function Marketing & Communications,
Group Function Marketing & Communications consists of seven teams and we are in total around 90 employees, the majority of which are located at the Head Office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.

Qualifications

Formal education:
University degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Communications or equivalent training/experience

Required competence:
Experience of data analytics-driven marketing and communications and expertise in data modeling

Experience of implementing and using major analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture and/or Adobe SiteCatalyst

Familiarity with the general marketing technology landscape and mid-level expertise in the SEM and SEO strategies

Experience of collaborating with IT organizations, agencies and internal marketing and communications organizations

Exceptional analytic skills to provide insights as well as recommendations that convinces key company stakeholders of business benefits

Background in data mining, web analytics, statistical analysis/modeling

Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to collaborate, inspire and get buy-in across a global organization

Very strong business acumen and understanding of Ericsson?s business strategy, portfolio and competitive environment

Fluent in English, spoken and written
