Job purpose/ Key responsibilities:
As a technical developer at Sobi you will be part of the Commercial Effectiveness organization, developing tools and systems for increased efficiency and improved strategic analysis within Sobi. You will both lead projects with external vendors and develop tools and systems on you own, e.g., with VBA in excel, SQL in Microsoft environment and in QlikView. Example of projects/areas to lead/support are:
Develop/lead project for a budget/forecasting system
Develop dynamic PnL analysis tool in excel and/or QlikView
Develop automated PnL reporting
Develop analysis tools based on CRM data
Upgrade/Development of IFS modules (ERP system)
This position has high visibility across all levels of Management and interacts with COO and Therapeutic Area leads at HQ and management at subsidiary and regional level. The position reports to Head of Commercial Effectiveness which is part of the financial organization on HQ level.
Desired Experiences
University Education in Computer Science and/or Engineering
4+ years experience from Pharma industry in developing analytical tools and systems for the commercial organization
Advanced ability in:
- Building data models, quickly manipulate complex data and conduct analysis.
- Developing tools and systems in Excel (VBA), SQL and QlikVeiw
- Building databases and work with complex master data
- Leading development projects
Firm understanding of economics, e.g., sales, Cogs, Opex etc.
Personal attributes
Strong problem solving skills
Advanced technical and analytical skills with interest in finding solution to complex problems and to improve efficiency
Expert skills in Excel, SQL and QlikView
Inventive, who likes to test ?out of the box? ideas
Strong communication and collaboration skills with high integrity level and strong commitment
Enthusiastic, committed, business minded relationship builder who is naturally accountable and engaged in the process of bringing skills together to drive results.
Self-sufficient who is able to lead without title in a matrix organization and move projects forward with limited directions
