Work description
As Process & Transparency Engineer you will be a part of the New Strategic Tools & Process team, which is one of the functions within Global R&D Filler Metals. The main objectives of the department are to develop tools and processes to the R&D organization and to drive increased transparency by developing, managing and visualizing process and project data. The team drive the use of advanced technology to obtain the objective to shorten time from product idea to Market.

You will be the owner of our global transparency tools. You will create, implement and develop our strategy for increased transparency as well as take ownership and improve our R&D processes. As Process & Transparency Engineer you will have many interfaces in different levels of the organization and the opportunity to form and develop your role and the ways of working.

Your main responsibilities:

- Develop, Manage and visualize process & project data e.g. KPI
- Owner of global transparency tool
- Create, implement and drive strategy for transparency
- Driving change
- Lead projects
- Process Owner

We think that you have:

- Bachelor or Master of science in relevant field
- Excellent skills in SQL programming
- Experience from Web development; e.g. Java, ASP, HTML
- Experience of project oriented work
- Very good knowledge of project methodologies
- Good business understanding
- Ability to engage and motivate people, drive changes
- Creative and analytical skills
- Enterprising and result orientated qualities
- Practical and pragmatic approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
