Working as a consultant at Snow means continuously working with new exciting projects and concepts. The role is a dynamic and challenging opportunity that complements and extends the strengths of Snow License Manager. We’re looking for candidates that are detail minded and solution oriented, but who also understand how to expeditiously move a customer through to the scoped outcome. This position involves direct customer interaction, data reconciliation and consulting to internal sales teams as needed. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will deliver Snow ROI analysis projects where you manage the project and analyze customer specific data for customers to create their SAM-/Snow business case.

You will also work in projects where you are responsible for assisting customers with understanding their license position relative to their installed software.

Additionally, you will be delivering certified training in Snow License Manager to our North Eastern Europe partners and customers. The courses are focused on theory, and balanced by practical exercises, followed by an exam at the end of the training.

And you’ll be working with:

• Executing SAM projects, rollout of a running system to the customer
• Leverage Snow License Manager for data collection, normalization, reconciliation and other features as needed
• Data collection of customer licensing information from customer, software partners and resellers
• Data reconciliation of licenses and purchase history to establish Effective License Position for customers
• Deliver training of Certified Snow Specialist courses
• Contribute to internal knowledge, expansion and continual process improvement

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

Deep understanding and experience of licensing and preferably also Software Asset Management. This includes preferably:

• Advanced licensing skills regarding system platforms (Microsoft, SAP, IBM & Oracle), client & server and midrange and large environment.
• Very good understanding of Microsoft’s Software Platform such as Windows Servers, Windows Operation Systems, Database, Desktop / Server Management.
• Very good understanding of IT environments/infrastructure.  
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Client facing presentation and interview skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Used to working towards strict deadlines 
• Familiarity with SAM standards or frameworks (e.g. ISO 19770-X) is an advantage

You should also have a basic knowledge of inventory and distribution areas as well as good communication and teaching skills. You have at least 3 years of experience in the industry, some of which are more specialized to any of the above tasks. Since we are working closely with our customers, it is important that you are willing to travel and have a driving license.
