Your tasks:

*Planning of Sales Cycle execution and tracking of the Trade KPIs in the CRM system
*Planning of the Trade and brand coverage based on the brand activation targets and Sales Force capacity
*Managing Trade systems (CRM & BI) for optimal business support
*Developing both standard and ad hoc reports that meet business requirements
*Executing opportunities for better enablement (usage of system, procedures, processes, and ways of working)
*Recommending changes / enhancements to Trade systems and lead local projects of the system upgrades
*Creating and maintaining documentation required to utilise Trade systems properly and deliver training to end users
*Formalising and documenting the use of trade systems. i.e. procedures, processes & responsibilities
*Driving consistent use of Trade systems throughout the organisation by establishing appropriate local governance
*Ensure that all relevant data is of highest quality to enable efficient and effective operation
*Act as the link among Sales Force, Trade Office and Key Accounts teams on planning & Trade systems

Essential requirements

Who are you?

*You have a university degree in Business and/or Business Information. Furthermore, a minimum 2 years of managerial / Senior Specialist experience in Marketing related functions in an FMCG organisation
*You have knowledge of Sales / Trade Marketing systems software (e.g. Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP & Business Objects)
*You have an understanding of Trade systems landscape in an FMCG organisation, experience in coordination of processes for sales systems and planning
*You have a good understanding of field sales. Experience as Sales Representative and/or Area Manager is a plus
*You have excellent oral and written communication in both Swedish and English, and interpersonal skills
*You have strong analytical skills and the ability to shape processes and solutions
'You are a good team-player with strong influencing skills who is both proactive and dynamic
*Your IT skills are at an advanced level
