Experienced UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX professional that can deal with ambiguity, deliver high quality research, design sketches and is aware of the trends and theories in the digital filed. At The World Loves you will get responsibility to carry out your own tasks, the freedom to manage your own work and an opportunity to take lead of our UX team. We offer you a central role in the creation of exciting digital experiences. You will explore and develop a diverse set of skills within the experience design field, while being a part of a vibrant, cross-disciplinary company.

You are:
- Comfortable with ambiguity and responsibility
- Comfortable with managing your and others work
- A self-starter
- Creative but also pragmatic
- Passionate about psychology, technology and design with an emphasis on how it reflects on human behaviour

You have:
- Higher education in a field relevant for User Experience Design
- Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience

Your core duties will include:
- Designing interactive wireframes, site maps, and flowcharts
- Creating documentation such as, but not limited to, personas, detailed UX/design presentations, competitive and comparative audits
- Ongoing industry research on current trends and technologies
- Conducting user and usability analysis
- Conducting user testing
- Participating and facilitating workshops
- Structuring and planning projects
- Reviewing work and providing feedback within the UX team
