C#/.NET Lead Developer

Apica AB is recruiting a Lead C#/.NET application developer to lead the development team working on a core SaaS product. The product is a web performance monitoring tool, and you will be involved in and drive the development throughout the entire SDLC, from architecture/design definition to final delivery. The development is rapid in this area and uses many of the latest technologies.

Required Education:
Minimum a Bachelor in CS or related focus.

Required Experience:
Full stack developer (6+ years) with team leading skills (3+ years).
Experience managing off-shore and distributed teams.

Required skills and competences:
Strong skills in applications development using .NET (C#) with competence in unit testing.
Good skills in DB design and writing stored procedure using SQL Server and T-SQL.
Good skills in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, jQuery + JavaScript frameworks (knockout.js, react)) with competence in UI/UX.
Competence in continuous build and deployment (TeamCity).
Competence in development processes organization (Scrum, Kanban) using JIRA or similar tools.
Good leadership qualities and ability to mentor and grow team.
Strong knowledge around Synthetic and Performance Monitoring
Strong knowledge around Load Testing
Deep knowledge around Cloud and Vmware
Good skills with PowerShell
Good skills with Unix/Linus platform

You are fluent in English both verbal and written as you will be working with an international team with team-members located outside of Sweden.
