Apica AB is recruiting a Java Application developer where you get a technologically leading role in the development of a core product for the company. The product is a market-leading load and performance testing tools, and you will be involved throughout the entire SDLC, from architecture/design definition to final delivery. The development is rapid in this area and uses many of the latest technologies.

Required Education/Experience/Skill-set:
You have at least Bachelor Degree in CS or higher, and at least two years experience as a Java developer with good core Java language fundamentals and object oriented analysis and design skills along with good proficiency in html, css and javascript. You also need experience in running your own projects. You know how to test, quality assure and document your written code. You love the challenge to invent and implement new creative technical algorithms. You are also willing to acquire in-depth knowledge of technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS encryption. You need to display good skills in Java multithreading, time-critical treatment of large amounts of data and network programming. You should have some experience performing load tests. As a person you are self-driven, organized and thrive in a diverse work occasionally with high work load. You are fluent in English both verbal and written as you will be working with an international team with team-members located outside of Sweden.
