Fingerprint Cards (FPC) is a leader in the development of capacitive fingerprint sensors and designs the whole system, from advanced custom silicon devices and microelectronic packages, to algorithms and software for fingerprint recognition and applications on the target devices. The company is growing in order to meet the demands from our customers and to expand the usage of our sensor products.

Our Software Development team is looking for a passionate C# Developer in order to strengthen our Tools team. The Tools team is responsible for production test tools, product development tools and product demo tools. The team is responsible for the full life cycle of these tools.

The role

In this role you design, document, implement or modify FPC software components related to our SW tools. FPC creates platform independent tools for Windows, Linux, Android and other target platforms. The components and the functionality are shared and used within our R&D organization and also by our customers. You will be involved in all technical aspects of the components during the lifetime of a product.

   The work location will be Malmö.

Your background

You hold a university degree within software development and have 5+ years working experience in relevant areas. Excellent skills in C# and C are needed. You should believe in and have experience from test-driven development. An understanding of hardware, implementation of drivers, loaders/security/flash, WPF, MVVM and production test is beneficial.

We expect you to have good analytical skills and the ability to generate creative and well-structured solutions. You should have the ability to drive assignments independently, but also to cooperate with others.
