Frontend developer is responsible for transforming the design and the product vision into working product. Their work directly influences how users will interact with the system. They work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invests a lot of energy in learning new tricks. Not only caught up on industry trends in client development frameworks but also knows what the near future will bring. Loves clean interfaces and has a passion for great user experiences. Great front end developer will also have basic understanding of backend programming and will be willing to learn more to help backend developers write APIs that will help him deliver a great product.

Arbetsuppgifter

Responsibilities
- Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest tradeoffs when required
- Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
- Work closely with backend developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs
- Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
- Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions

Utbildning/erfarenhet

Key skills
- Past experience as a frontend developer
- Expert experience with HTML, cross browser CSS & responsive design
- Mobile development experience
- Experience using JavaScript MVC frameworks, such as React, Redux, Webpack, Node, etc.
- Experience using RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented and Functional programing
- Ability to write effective unit and integration tests
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience as a developer on an agile team preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
- Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies
- Wants to unleash inner self-starter and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds
- Believes in culture of brutal transparency and trust
- Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset

Other
- Important that the consultant can work most parts of July and August. (2-3 weeks vacation can be possible)
- Possible extension
- Strong English skills, Swedish is qualifying
- Front End knowledge is qualifying
