What you’ll do

Enhance existing monitoring and metrics gathering.

Stay on top of security announcements for the tools we use.

Measure, predict, and stay ahead of performance bottlenecks.

Optimise building, and configuring new servers.

Manage and improve our CI pipelines/performance (CircleCI).

Build the best development environment possible (Docker).

Several years of system administration experience in an AWS environment.

Experience with Docker.

Experience with app and server monitoring.

Experience scaling web application infrastructures, and understanding of common bottlenecks.

Solid experience managing and scaling database solutions (Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redshift, Neo4j)

A person that can work from our development office in Malmö, Sweden.

As a SysOp at Strossle you’ll need to stay on top of critical system alerts at off duty hours. Compensation will be reflected in your salary.
