Integration Leader for a global company in Helsingborg!

Our client is looking for a Integration Leader full time. The position is a direct recruitment to one of our largest customers, which means you will be employed directly by the customer! Working hours are business hours Monday-Friday.

As an Integration Leader, you have the main responsibility to lead your people towards realizing the company´s global integration solutions. You will do this by analyzing the business requirements in relation to IT requirements imposed, giving feedback on solutions and design, and by being a part of the team for monitoring integration solutions. Your focus will be on planning, scheduling, coordination between different departments and to supervise the various progress and convey them to the various stakeholders.

You have the ability to see the big picture and to work on details of a task while you are passionate to work actively with the changes and take advantage of them in a positive way! You have strong analytical skills where your strength lies in structuring intromation the concrete consequences and conclusions. To be suitable for the position: -Motivated to develop your leadership skills as well as your analytical thinking, IT solutions and leadership - You are interested in controlling IT projects in unity with the processes and methods to develop and build new testing of IT systems in international environment - Merit: worked with Enterprise Integration Suites, such as WebMethods or Oracle Fusion - Interested in information architecture and associated modeling methods and implementations - Good general knowledge in IT as infrastructure and platforms - Knowledge of requirements management and test management processes - Interest in IT architecture and its potential in the global business - Strong communication skills to lead and improve team work - Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
