Fyndiq is growing rapidly in terms of merchants, visitors and data volumes as well as new colleagues. Now we are looking for a person to take ownership of the technical infrastructure at the office. Tasks that you’d work with are our Wi-Fi, VPN, routers and switches. You are familiar with Active Directory and Google Apps and know your way around Windows and OSX, and knowledge in Linux is very meritorious.

As a part of our tech team you will take the full responsibility of the technical infrastructure and workstations at the office, internal IT support and the management of user accounts and permissions. This means that you are going to work close to, and support, all of our teams at Fyndiq and hence you like to cooperate and socialize with team members with different backgrounds.

Other tasks you will encounter in your work is general troubleshooting, e.g. when problems with printers or the network occurs. You will also be responsible for planning, purchasing and installing technical equipment. You will also work proactively with automating some of our flows, like keeping workstations updated and creating users with all associated user accounts.

To be able to perform in this position you are a person with a deep technical interest. You want to make a difference at work and like the thought of be able to improve the infrastructure at Fyndiq. You have worked with similar work tasks earlier and you have the drive to learn more and the will to develop your technical knowledge as well as a person together with us at Fyndiq and our technical team. As a person you are an extrovert problem solver since you’ll work with people from all the departments at Fyndiq with different needs. You like the feeling of responsibility and the possibility to impact and therefore you have great accountability, are independent, service minded, and proactive at work. If you have some knowledge in programming that´s an advantage. You are the kind of person that easily research and gather the kind of information necessary to solve a problem.
