The role 

Sinch AB is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to strengthen our IT Infrastructure team.
 
Primary responsibilities:
 
· Maintain and develop our monitoring platforms
· Maintain and develop our Infrastructure support tools
· Responsible for implementation and configuration of real-time monitoring, alerting and reporting
· Tune and improve the monitoring systems to allow for better incident management and problem resolution
· Capacity management
 
The IT Infrastructure Team
 
Today the team handles servers, clients, networking, database-clusters and storage solutions for both our production and internal platforms, both on premise and with different cloud providers.
 
Now we?re looking for talented people to help us build the next generation communication platform. Our mission is to develop, automate and maintain our IT infrastructure to scale up and down as business requirements changes, support our development  and NOC teams while focusing on continuous delivery of service.

Your mindset

· You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed

Your profile

We are looking for someone with:
 
· 2+ year experience from op5, nagios or other monitoring platform
· 1+ year experience from ELK stack
· 1+ year experience from Graphite
· Excellent programming and scripting knowledge
· SQL knowledge
· Good skills in Linux systems administration
· Good knowledge in network communication
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus if you have skills in

· Configuration management saltstack, ansible or puppet
· Windows server system administration knowledge
· Experience of large-scale distributed systems
· Ability to debug and make changes in real-time production environments
