About the company: NODA is a research based innovation company active at the forefront of intelligent energy systems. Our partners are utilities, energy service operators and automation companies on a European market. We are active in several international research and innovation projects.
About the position: We are looking for a system developer with a solid understanding of object-oriented software design and architecture. You will have an active role on different levels of the system development and operations process. We need to become more efficient in our internal and external work processes and you will help create the software that will help us do this. The position will most likely require a few years of work experience and a relevant education.
Experience with agile processes and cloud computing as well as working knowledge of Linux systems and open source projects is a merit. We work mostly in Python and C, and while it may be a benefit to have a solid background with these languages, a lack thereof is not necessarily a deal-breaker.
About you: We expect that you are social and used to taking responsibility for your actions. We work in small groups and each person needs to be self propelled and structured in their work. You can communicate in English without any problems, in speech as well as in writing. Working knowledge of other languages, specifically Swedish, German and/or French will probably increase your chances, but is in no way mandatory.

Location: Malmö, Sweden. However, for the right person remote work can be viable. We implement a remote process and anyone with a flight time of about 1-2 hours from Malmö might be considered for this position.
