IT Infrastructure Specialist, Capital Efficiency

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you play a key role in the Capital Efficiency delivery set up.

The position we offer
Capital Efficiency is a part of Credit and Capital which is part of IT Retail Banking, and provides applications and services within the capital efficiency domain to support partners across Nordea and optimise allocation. We deliver on the top prioritized business investment themes including balance sheet optimisation and process efficiency.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist you will support business with solutions to build customer relationships in the digital channels and optimise capital. You will collaborate with release manager, architects, developers and others to secure all environments needed in a timely manner.

Capital Efficiency supports the following business services:
- Provision & Loss
- Debt Collection
- Collateral Management
- Limit Management
- Balance Sheet Management analysis

We are located in central Copenhagen, Gothenburg and in Stockholm, which means that you must expect some travel.

The qualifications you need
We expect you to have a solid IT-foundation and a keen interest in technologies that will enable you to understand, guide and support the work of our deployments. You have experience from agile development.

It is important that you have the ability to find the right level and type of communication to various stakeholders, both within our domain and also with the rest of Nordea. Here it is crucial that you have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

You act as a qualified adviser for management supporting different kinds of platforms, environments and software and must have deep knowledge and experience in these specific tracks. You provide superior support of projects with medium to high complexity to ensure stable and robust IT deliveries.

We expect you to have the following skills:
- Familiarity with Oracle databases (executing SQL commands, looking into tables, basic troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with WebLogic (using the WL console, understanding data sources, managed servers, admin and managed server log files, etc).
- Understanding of Linux (familiar with the file system structure, basic concepts such as owner, group, permissions, daemons, etc).

In addition, it is valuable if you are familiar with Windows command line (executing commands, navigating between folders, working with files etc); have understanding of technology architecture (servers, network, firewalls, etc) and have experience from agile development. Any experience with ElasticSearch, Talend, log4j, automated deployments, continuous integration, OSB and webservices, load balancers, Confluence, Jira, Remedy, InfoSphere, FTP, and/or SSO solutions is also a plus.
