We are looking for 1 on site-technician within our Site Support Team that has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support or similar work.
You will be based in Eskilstuna.The contract is for 6 months but can be extended if both parties agrees on this. At the start there will be an introduction phase, this will be on full-time. After that it will be an half-time job. Approxi-mately three days a week.

Arbetsuppgifter

To succeed in this role you must have a strong interest in technology and IT. You must also be a person that aren’t afraid of being close to the main business of the Warehouse and be able to act as a team player with people on many levels with great professionalism. Bring your own initiative and able to work both independently and in groups. Service-mindedness is a key factor so succeed in this role.

Help the warehouse users with hardware and software questions
Provide the users with technical equipment.
Troubleshooting
Incident/Problem handling
Installation of Computer HW/SW
Work closely to super users and other teams that are based in Stockholm who supports the Warehouse.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

We would like you to have good knowledge in the following areas:
Windows
Exchange, Outlook
Active Directory
Mobile phones (iOS)
MS Office
Configuration of hardware (PC, Network, printers etc.)
Troubleshooting of software and hardware
Good knowledge of English and Swedish

Experience in logistic operations is an advantage

Preferably skills:
Work within a production/logistics environment
Work with thin clients and Citrix environments
Multilingual

The work can involve overtime work (Sometimes weekends or evenings) But those occasions are most often planned.
Work location: Eskilstuna.
