Our customer Axiomatics is now looking for a QA Engineer to be part of the engineering organization working as a team member of the Scrum team implementing the product, ADAF.
Axiomatics can offer you an exciting position in downtown Stockholm, Sweden, in a growing organization that serves some of the world’s leading companies within banking, insurance, media, manufacturing, as well as government departments.
What will you be doing?
You will lead team members to understand QA processes and how to improve overall code quality, always be a voice for QA. Help define the strategy and vision for testing across all our development teams and be involved in, and influence, our engineering design decisions with the customer and QA in mind.
You will also:
- Testing product features (functional, regression, integration, exploratory)
- Bugs and defect handling, and analyzing the root causes
- Understanding requirements and being an advocate for our users
Who are you?
You are currently working as a QA engineer and are looking for your next big challenge.
What skills and experience should you have?
You have at least three years’ experience in QA and testing, excellent understanding of QA processes, especially testing in an agile environment. You are driven, proactive with a can-do attitude and spirit. Really high motivation and interest for improving QA processes.
Other skills:
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices
- Experience writing test plans and strategies in an agile environment
- Agile experience, such as Scrum, Kanban
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal
