As a Solution Architect you will develop and help E.ON to push technology forward that will change how our customers use, explore and interact with information and one another. We are looking for candidates who will bring fresh ideas about new technology and has a strong interest in IT.

In this role you will design and build the solutions to meet user needs and enterprise architecture strategies. You will control the design impacts on cost, ensuring quality of solution while you are driven to deliver change as quickly as possible. A part of the role is to supervise and coordinate solution engineers, internal and third parties development/configuration workforce. You will take an active part in the architect community and be responsible for solution design.

You will act in a leader/expert capacity at different forums, promoting best practices to the group and continuous improvements. You will be a problem solver with technical IT expertise to design systems to resolve business requirements. Within the regional unit and the group, you will design solution via an Asset Development approach to facilitate components reusability.

Academic degree with focus on IT or equivalent
Considerable experience of the design, development and complex large scale and multi user applications, particular CRM and Offer to Cash solutions.
Familiar with agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and others.
Fluent in English, Swedish would be an asset

As a person you have highly developed communications skills and you have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to approach problems from an IT perspective coupled with sound business know-how. You are driven by innovation and improvement and you have a big interest and track record in learning new technologies and stay updated with the latest trends. You feel secure in discussing and capturing requirements with business analysts and the user community and you also have intercultural competence and international orientation.

You will be part of an international team and you will therefore need to have the willingness to accept regular business trips.
