Senior Scrum Master, Products IT, Stockholm

Nordea Products IT operates within Nordea Wealth Management organisation. We are responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining Nordea?s Fund Distribution Platform.

Currently we are undergoing a transformation towards an agile development process. We have recently started to release our system changes in smaller increments and with more frequent intervals. Due to new requirements on our end-to-end processes, we are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support us and take responsibility for making the agile process more efficient.

The position we offer

In Products IT we are 12 local employees and approximately 50 offshore consultants. We work fully integrated with our Business Partner in Product Services as well as other stakeholders in different units in Nordea. In total we have four scrum teams working closely with the maintenance team on an ongoing basis. Products IT is closely interlinked with the surrounding fund related products within Savings and Wealth Offerings in Wealth Management.

As a senior Scrum Master you will be responsible for how the daily work is managed in the scrum teams, planning, executing on our ambitious roadmap for way of working and manage our offshore Scrum Masters.

Your responsibilities include:

- Make the agile process more efficient
- Improve end-to-end process for way of working
- Identify the most appropriate approach and find a suitable implementation for improvements with our processes and way of working
- Manage and support our Scrum Masters offshore in India
- Support our Product Owners as well as drive separate initiatives
- Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the overall way of working

The qualifications you need

The candidate has a university degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience from agile way of working in complex environments. The candidate for this position should be/have:

- 5+ years? experience working as a Scrum Master for agile projects
- Hands-on experience from process improvements in agile projects
- Experience from database centric systems
- Excellent communications skills
- Pedagogical
- Fluent in English
