Senior IT & Software Analyst, Stockholm

The position we offer

The unit act as IT partner and provider of IT solutions to support financial anti-crime through work with Know Your Customer (KYC), transactional and fraud monitoring, sanctions and analytics. Our projects are characterized by high complexity, critical deadlines to meet market and regulatory authority demands and delivery through a dynamical value chain including several sourcing vendors.

As a Senior IT Analyst you will have a key role in drive requirement capturing including clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional IT requirements by using data, process or information modelling.

Your responsibility includes:

- Assure capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT requirements on KYC IT Solutions from defined key stakeholders
- Assure good communication of requirements to vendors and other related solutions
- Assure that IT requirements are aligned with defined common Financial Anti-Crime Operating Model for the Nordea group
- Resolve business questions and problems for applications during software development to secure a coherent solution design
- Assure capturing and documentation of requirements on GF IT in terms of being an IT provider to be used as basis for SLA and KPI's.

The position will require some travel in the Nordic region.

The qualifications you need

You have good cognitive and analytical skills, and can work with complex issues on an abstract level. Problems and needs you meet with a structured approach and with a positive can-do attitude.

We expect you to have a high degree of relevant understanding of banking business and the holistic understanding of how IT solutions serve business. Experience from working with banking regulations and in particular AML and KYC is a clear advantage.

You have experience from Agile IT development such as Scrum and solutions based on Software as a Service and/or Customer off-the-shelf applications. We believe you are experienced in tools like Visio, Mega, and MS Office.

In your communication you master the English language perfectly, both oral and written. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics/Finance.
