Digitalization and Service Design Unit introduces emerging technologies, leads demand and development needs, and secures realization of IT benefits VALUE in short and long term for Stora Enso. The unit offers a great opportunity to make a REAL difference with ICT technology.

This position is strategic and tactical IT partner towards business management. Person in this position will align with business objectives to ensure IT is delivering the systems, processes and tools to enable and support the strategy and operations of the business. This position will serve as the liaison and primary point of contact between IT and leadership, management and process development teams and will play a significant role in demonstrating IT differentiation.

Position holder will be responsible to deliver IT roadmap for his/her area, manage project pipeline and ensure that the whole IT organization is working based on business priorities and needs.

Main responsibilities
• Gather business requirements and market tends on specific process area

• Effectively manage IT Services demand, capacity, and intake process for assigned Business Unit

• Translate them into compelling IT solutions proposals and business cases for service development

• Is accountable for ensuring that lifecycle of services delivers the value expected

• Ensure high quality delivery of all products and services in collaboration with other IT teams

• Facilitates and secures IT Service delivery escalated issues are solved on agreed timeline

• Ensure timely, clear, and concise communications to stakeholders, leadership and teams

• Identify, develop, measure, and track KPIs to monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned Business Unit; ensure consistency with other Business Units

• Acts as a single point of contact for end to end solutions in respective process area

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in reporting and analytics processes and capability to translate them into IT solutions

• Strong track record in leading development in reporting and analytics process domain from IT and IT solution perspective

• Excellent understanding of MSBI, Datazen and advanced analytics

• Strategical thinking and business acumen

• Good Conceptual thinking and business development skills

• Excellent team building skills and self management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English
