Job Description

We are offering our next team player a fantastic opportunity to join a company with exceptional growth! As our Senior UX Designer you will be a part of creating and developing tomorrow’s best gaming experience. You will have great influence within the organisation and be able to affect how we do things and what we deliver. Not least, you will be involved in developing exciting new features to enhance the user experience. You will be a member of one of our multi-disciplinary product teams consisting of around 10 talented colleagues. Our next Sr. UX designer will also be part of a group of UX and UI designers who collaborate across teams to create a unified product design and work-process.

This position can be located in any of our Swedish offices (Stockholm, Västerås or Växjö).

We know you are able to align the way we work with user research and tracking. Also we expect you as Sr. UX designer to conduct feedback/reviews and take ownership of your work even beyond final implementation. You will communicate concepts and ideas using appropriate tools, such as wireframes, prototypes etc. We do also see that you stay on top of the latest design trends and dare to experiment and challenge current solutions. It’s a given that you are super productive and shine in a fast paced environments.

This position will require travels to our office in Malta on different occasions for stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience from working as a UX designer or equivalent of which at least 2 years in a senior position

Experience with tech & design limitations

Define KPIs together with stakeholders

Experience in performing A/B testing, usability studies and remote user testing

Experience in setting up metrics and tracking KPIs

Experience from online gaming, online commerce or online entertainment

Fluency in English, native Swedish skills is positive but far from a must

We do like you a little bit extra if you have

Experience in creating prototypes

Experience in copywriting

A technical background with some basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills is positive

Worked with analytics tools such as Qlikview or Google Analytics

Higher education from ex. Hyper Island, Berghs or University
