Looklet is a unique and digitally-forward company in the B2B space. They truly revolutionize the fashion photo production for fashion eCommerce globally. Combining fashion, IT, videogaming, and photography, they are not afraid to solve problems never solved before. They do not do "typical" or "ordinary".

As Looklet is constantly growing, they are now looking for a competent, driven and service-oriented Network Administrator to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

Their core team is located in Södermalm, Stockholm, which you will be a part of. You will also work closely together with their offshore team member based in Paris and soon one in New York.

Arbetsuppgifter

Your days will likely include

- Manage, monitor, maintain and optimize the local and cloud based server infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, firewalls)
- Ensure network security, connectivity and performance
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Define guidelines, policies and procedures, and provide assistance for network security for our offices overseas
- Document server architecture and network setup
- Purchase and administer computer hardware for Stockholm headquarters
- Manage other local services and tools, e.g. printers, phones, video-conferencing, room booking
- Document inventory list of all computer hardware
- Configure Linux/Ubuntu servers of our photo studios; assist studio installation on-site at clients

Utbildning/erfarenhet

- Proven track record in advanced IT support and network administratoin
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Unix servers
- Service-mindedness and proactive attitude to making technology work reliably
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- Cost-conscious attitude to constantly look for more efficient yet reliable solutions
- Self-starter and solution orientation (problems are challenges, not obstacles)
- Multi-tasking skills, time management skills and ability to prioritize work
