SW IT är en del av SJR koncernen. Vi etablerades 1993 och är en svenskägd koncern. SW IT är specialister på rekrytering och konsultverksamhet inom IT. Vår personal internt har mångårig erfarenhet av rekrytering/konsultverksamhet i kombination med spetskompetens inom IT. SW IT´s konsultverksamhet har två ben. Vår första inriktning är konsulter inom IT-arkitektur, utveckling och tekniska projektledare. Dessa konsulter är främst för specifika projekt kortare eller längre. Konsulterna i denna grupp är mycket seniora och innehar minst 7 års erfarenhet. Vår andra inriktning är mer inriktad mot 1st/2nd Line support och system administration. Även i denna grupp har vi befintliga konsulter men letar även aktivt efter kandidater till specifika uppdrag. Dessa konsulter är ofta mycket dukiga och möjlighet finns ofta att ta över konsulten som anställd efter överenskommelse.

Provides technical knowledge and services in relation to presale activities, implementations and after sales activities of Questbacks products and tools. Utilize knowledge of technical platforms relevant to Questbacks products, provide advice and consulting for successful implementations and projects. Primary responsibilities in role Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support to prospects and customers. Provides reliable delivery of custom development, solutions and integrations specific to QB technologies. Understands, and utilizes best practice technologies and industry standards internally and externally. Deliver detailed technical knowledge and functional knowledge to support sales in opportunities and solutions to customer’s projects across QB platforms. Applies advanced knowledge of QB products and solutions in sales opportunities, and bridging customer needs with our product capabilities Serves as a technical resource, counselling staff on technical issues and technical development. Maintains in-depth knowledge of QB product technologies Knowledge sharing to internal staff, and collaboration with peers in other parts of the company globally. Able to meet work with Project Managers to help exceeding project targets ensuring profitable project deliveries. Ability to work across borders to deliver solutions to customers Deliver solid solutions and reliable integrations that holds high quality. Maintain a utilisation level as per local targets. Technical skills in QB development languages appropriate for building solutions and customisations. (PHP, CSS, HTML, and SQL) Ability to work independently. Builds stable working relationship internally. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Willingness to learn new technologies and products Few years of experience in working as a developer or customizer within the IT-industry. Prior experience in working in customer focused implementation projects.
