System Administrator and Application Specialist
For our team Trelleborg Administrative Services (TAS) in Trelleborg we are looking for a System Administrator and Application Specialist.

TAS provides financial services to a number of companies in Sweden within the areas of accounting, reporting, tax, accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll. TAS strives to streamline business processes and IT systems to enable improved efficiency, service level and compliance.

Main responsibilities

• Maintenance and support of systems and applications within TAS, such as ERP-systems AX/M3, Basware and BizTalk.
• Development and configuration in BizTalk, Basware and AX.
• Assist in roll out of IT-systems
• Collect and implement proposals for improvement from the business
• Maintain documentation regarding processes and systems
• Contact with different suppliers
Background and personal qualities

• You have a university degree within IT, information technology or similar.
• You are passionate about IT and problem solving
• Great teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
• You understand the importance of customer focus and serving the needs of the end user
• You are service-minded, social, responsive and driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
