About Group IT

Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

Swedish Banking IT Division is part of the IT Development organization. We are an expanding division with roughly 180 employees located in Sweden, Tallinn and Lithuania serving the Business Area Swedish Banking. Our end customers are Swedish Banking. We operate in a very fast moving environment in tight cooperation with our Business partners. The area is characterized by high business demands, speed and a continuous development. We are now taking next step in our journey to work according to agile principles and are therefore reorganizing our teams to fit the new way of working.

Assignment specification

Team Performance test was established in 1999. It is part of Test support center. It is one of the most advanced performance teams in Sweden. We have a dedicated environment, senior members in the team and well developed processes and methods. All new project/systems and releases are tested by the team.

To succeed in this role you need to have several years of experience and expertise in technical, performance and capacity issues. You will work as a senior performance tester, with capacity planning, and other technical issues. You will be part of the performance test team, and contribute to their success. Our customers are development projects, releases and maintenance projects. We work very closely with the project managers, project architects, developers and test managers.

Your tasks:

Having full responsibility for performance test projects Maintaining the performance test environment Maintaining our test data Making HP LoadRunner/Visual studio scripts Planning, executing performance test and writing reports
We are looking for a person with

A relevant university degree within IT 7-10 years of experience from performance testing Leadership experience Linux or Unix (user/operator) IBM WebSphere (administration) J2EE (concepts) Network communication (monitoring) HP LoadRunner, MS Visual Studio, Diagnostics/profiling C, Java (General/Basic skills) Database (concept/monitoring/database SQL)
