Experienced Technical Tester

The complex products that we deliver to our customers need to undergo a rigorous system test before we are happy to release them. You will be part of a system test team that is responsible for ensuring regular high quality releases and is part of an agile release train.
Owing to the continuous nature of our release pipeline, a high degree of automation of our processes is required. You will be responsible for ensuring that our testing can be carried out as efficiently as possible. The team?s goal is to automate as much as is feasible in order to free up time for exploratory testing and continuous improvement. As well as this, you will be expected to contribute to the overall improvement of our test processes and ways of working.

This position requires the successful candidate to have excellent test automation and technical skills as well as a passion for software test. You should be goal-oriented and dare to take initiative. You are also expected to combine technical excellence with above average communication skills.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or similar, with minimum 3 years of working experience as a technical tester
- Strong Test Automation skills
- Experience with tools such as UFT, Quality Center/ALM and Jenkins
- Continuous Integration experience
- Should be very famaliar with scripting
- Experience in Agile Development
- Exploratory testing
- Windows and Unix expertise
- Knowledge of current industry-wide quality & test processes and practices, tools and techniques

Meriting Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience working in DevOps team would be an advantage

- Well organized and structured
- An investigative and pro-active mindset
- Genuine interest of improving test processes
