We are now looking for a Scrum Master on fulltime within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.
The Consultancy assignment starts the 15th of August and is ongoing for 6 months with possibilities of the assignment to be prolonged.
Work instructions
As an Scrum Master your role will be to coach and enable a development team to work efficiently and quickly together and help the team to adopt a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast moving environment.
In your role you will contribute to build an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver outstanding software with high quality as fast as possible.
You get to coach teams facing tough challenges e.g. related to how they work and interact together.
Also you will facilitate learning through workshops, meetings, and team off sites.
And last but not least actively try to identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient.
Required skills
* 3 years' experience within a similar position
* Scrum Master certificate
* Experienced with working in engineering teams, as a Scrum Master
* Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
* Not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from your team
* Care about learning new things and improving existing challenges
* Fluent in both writing and speaking in English
* Team player but you can also work independently when needed
* Appreciate working in a constantly changing business and in a dynamic environment.
